eCare Guardian is our more intelligent in-home personal alarm bundle, providing an added layer of care.

This unique solution is especially suited for situations when the user is unable to reach traditional panic buttons, so that they have access to emergency response services when they can't push the button for help. It also adds an additional speaker in the eg. bed- or bathroom for greater coverage.

Initial setup is done before it is posted, so installation is easy –  just plug in, turn it on. All remotely supported by our staff.

eCare Guardian

In the case of an emergency, the resident is supported by 2 smart alerting devices that can support in notifying our response centre.

Either by calling out for help using their voice, or by the latest in innovative, emergency wearables for detecting falls and signalling emergency situations. These smart devices increase the chance that one of our team members can call for an emergency if necessary.

  • DELIVERY TIME
    Once we receive your signed paperwork we aim to have your services setup within five business days, subject to stock levels.
  • MINIMUM PERIOD AND RETURNS
    There is no minimum length of time to have the eHomeCare service active. As payment of the ongoing fee is monthly in advance, all charges will stop when we receive the cancellation notice. However hardware leasing fees will continue until all equipment has been returned.   • EQUIPMENT CARE
    Please keep the equipment in good condition by dusting and cleaning regularly to prevent dust and dirt building up.
  • REQUIREMENTS
    The system only requires a free powerpoint. Our solutions operate on mobile networks and it is not required to connect to your home phone. If you’re not sure, please feel free to contact us and we can help assess your situation.
