eCare Active bundle allows you to seamlessly extend the protection you have with your existing in-home eCare system, to outside of your home. It’s best suited for users that like to continue leading an active lifestyle without the need for a separate mPERS dedicated device. You have always access to emergency response services when no one is immediately around to help.

eCare Active

Notify the emergency response centre by pressing the emergency button, wherever you are! eCare Active connects the pendant to your smart phone and allows you to seamlessly extend the protection outside of your home. One of our team members will communicate through the base unit or your phone to assess the situation, and geo Location provides the ability to locate you in case of emergency.

  • DELIVERY TIME
    Once we receive your signed paperwork we aim to have your services setup within five business days, subject to stock levels.
  • MINIMUM PERIOD AND RETURNS
    There is no minimum length of time to have the eHomeCare service active. As payment of the ongoing fee is monthly in advance, all charges will stop when we receive the cancellation notice. However hardware leasing fees will continue until all equipment has been returned.   • EQUIPMENT CARE
    Please keep the equipment in good condition by dusting and cleaning regularly to prevent dust and dirt building up.
  • REQUIREMENTS
    The system only requires a free powerpoint. Our solutions operate on mobile networks and it is not required to connect to your home phone. If you’re not sure, please feel free to contact us and we can help assess your situation.
