SMART CARE

eHomeCare was formed in response to a question and challenge I was posed in 2016, that question was;

"How can we monitor our father-in-law across thousand of kilometers knowing he is safe and healthy without intruding upon him on a daily basis" 

That question drove us to find or build products that do not only monitor important effects but also able to alert the significant ones and provide meaningful information to act upon it. It seemed that finding good products wasn't going to be the biggest challenge, the care circle members sustainably adopting them was...

Affordability, ease-of-use, and access to implementation & ongoing support was paramount, as well as the avoidance of alert fatigue. What gets monitored and how frequently is critical, as nobody wants to become desensitised to alerts, and as a result ignore or fail to respond appropriately to such warnings. We have become industry experts in finding products, tuning them and hitting the sweet spot.

Many members of the eHomeCare team have a technical background, and a passion for care. Our technical prowess and thirst for perfection can be seen in our solutions and the way we engage with our clients. We are proud of what we have achieved, but this is just the beginning.

Our goal is to ​assist our users to achieve the best quality of life by living healthy and safely for as long as possible, ideally in the familiar comfort of one's own community. Our ​smart care solution complement their aged, health, and disability care services, not by replacing the carer's touch, but by extending the carer's reach.
