Our aim is to provide you with the right information, at the right time to assist you in making the right choice for your situation. The outcome could vary between being enabled through home care services to live independently at home, or receiving assistance in locating the right options for residential care. 

Care consultants can help in carefully assessing the clients’ needs and work with them and their families to develop a comprehensive care plan to ensure that all client requirements are met, and quality care will be provided.  They will inform you of your rights and responsibilities. You will find them easy to work with and always responsive. Our staff will always respect your privacy and ensure confidentiality of your information. 

How can we help?

Care consultants can discuss your needs: At this stage of the journey you will be looking for an assessment of your needs. Discovery of their wisdom, knowledge and experiences and understand the access to resources of family, neighbours and friends.

We know that every person has different support needs. We start the process by discussing your needs to learn what is important to you. We listen to your stories and discuss your current circumstances, your strengths, your support networks and any wishes or concerns you may have arising from your physical, medical, social and/or psychological needs. At this point, you will have identified the areas of support you need to either be enabled to live independently at home and connect with the community, or alternatively to be assisted in residential care placement.
